摘  要:目的调查河南省当地生产销售的蔬菜、水果中双酚A(BPA)及双酚S(BPS)污染情况。方法在河南省6个地市采集当地生产销售的蔬菜、水果样品210份,采用超高效液相色谱-三重四极杆串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)方法进行定性定量检测。结果河南省当地生产销售的蔬菜、水果中,BPA的检出率分别为45.0%、23.3%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=10.50,P<0.01);检出值分别为0.172~19.600μg/kg、0.164~17.300μg/kg,检出值中位数(M)分别为0.717、0.936μg/kg;BPS的检出率分别为81.7%、75.6%,检出值分别为0.0142~5.4400μg/kg、0.0126~0.5290μg/kg,M分别为0.0620、0.0398μg/kg。不同地区BPA污染差异明显(P值均<0.05)。结论河南省当地生产销售的蔬菜、水果中BPA和BPS均有检出,应引起相关部门重视,制订相关卫生标准并加强监测。Objective To investigate the pollution of bisphenol A(BPA)and bisphenol S(BPS)in vegetables and fruits in Henan Province.Methods A total of 210 vegetable and fruit samples were collected in 6 cities of Henan Province,which were subjected to qualitative and quantitative analysis by UPLC-MS/MS.Results For vegetable and fruit samples,the detection rates of BPA were 45.0%and 23.3%,respectively,with statistical difference(χ^(2)=10.50,P<0.01);the detection values were in the range of(0.172-19.600)μg/kg and(0.164-17.300)μg/kg,respectively;the median detection values(M)were 0.717 and 0.936μg/kg,respectively.The detection rates of BPS in vegetable and fruit samples were 81.7%and 75.6%,respectively;the detection values were in the range of(0.0142-5.4400)μg/kg and(0.0126-0.5290)μg/kg,respectively.The median detection values(M)were 0.0620μg/kg and 0.0398μg/kg,respectively.Conclusion Both BPA and BPS were detected in vegetable and fruit samples in Henan Province.More attention should be paid by related agencies,and the relevant health standards should be made,the surveillance should be strengthened.
