摘 要:随着我国产业结构调整升级,各行各业对专业技术人才的需求越来越大。葡萄酒产业作为发展较快的特色产业之一,对葡萄酒专业人才的需求也提出了更高要求。在专业对接产业趋势下,通过对葡萄酒产业人才需求和葡萄酒专业教育现状分析,提出了构建高起点高定位的葡萄酒专业人才培养目标、构建以产业需求为导向的复合专业课程体系、构建逐层递进的创新实践教学课程体系、构建产业链与人才链紧密融合的长效互动机制、构建专兼结合的“双师型”教育教学团队、构建科学合理的专业人才评价标准体系等六个方面的葡萄酒专业人才培养模式改革路径。With the adjustment and upgrading of China's industrial structure,there is an increasing demand for professional and technical personnel in all walks of life.Wine industry,as one of the characteristic industries with rapid development,also puts forward higher requirements for the demand of wine professionals.Under the trend of professional docking industry,through the analysis of the talent demand of wine industry and the current situation of wine professional education,this paper puts forward more than six aspects of wine professional personnel training mode reform path,including the construction of high starting point and high positioning of wine professional personnel training objectives,the construction of industry demand-oriented composite professional curriculum system,and the construction of progressive innovation practice The teaching curriculum system,the construction of long-term interactive mechanism of the close integration of industry chain and talent chain,the construction of"double qualification"education and teaching team with the combination of full-time and part-time,and the scientific and reasonable evaluation standard system of professional talents.
