摘　　要：[目的]开发一种针对多植物混合提取物体系的总多酚测定方法,能够为植物提取物及其制品中总多酚类物质含量的测定、快速检测及应用提供科学依据,从而为富含总多酚化合物的植物应用于健康养生产业提供技术支撑。[方法]采用紫外分光光度法,通过全扫描确定最大吸收波长,并对反应试剂福林酚、碳酸钠试剂的用量、水浴温度、反应静置时间参数开展单因素优化实验,以使总多酚被准确、最大限度地检测出来。以没食子酸为对照品制定标准曲线,并开展样品溶液的精密度实验及回收率实验等方法验证性考察。[结论]该方法线性关系良好,较准确稳定,回收率满足要求,为植物提取物及其制品中总多酚类物质含量的测定、快速检测及应用提供了一种客观、科学、准确的定量方法。[Objective]Establishing a determination method of total polyphenol for multiple plants'mixed extracts system,can provide a scientific basis for total polyphenol determination,rapid detection and application from plants'extracts,then provide technical support for plants rich in phenolic compounds applying in health preserving industry.[Method]The UV spectrophotometric method is used,through the scan determination Max absorption wavelength.We carry out single-factor test by making the contrast of Folin-phenol's amounts,sodium carbonate's amounts,water bath temperature,and standing time,to make total polyphenol determinated accurately and furthest.Then we established standard curves with gallic acid as reference substance and launched precision experiment and recovery experiment.[Conclusion]This method has good linear relation,good degree of accuracy and stability,good recovery rate.It can provide an objective,scientific and accurate quantitative method for total polyphenol amounts'determination,rapid detection and application from plant extracts and related products.
