摘 要:介绍了一种自移式临时支架结构和工作原理,并通过优化自移式临时支架铰接部位的结构提高了整体的可靠性。首先用SolidWorks软件建立了自移式临时支架机组及支架三维模型,然后利用SolidWorks插件Simulation对自移式临时支架进行了有限元仿真分析,基于仿真结果对自移式临时支架应力集中铰接部位进行了结构优化设计,优化后自移式临时支架在同等载荷下铰接处的最大等效应力和支架顶梁最大位移下降了约1/3。Introduced the structure and working principle of a self moving temporary support, and improved the overall reliability by optimizing the structure of the hinged part of the self moving temporary support. Firstly, the three-dimensional model of the self-moving temporary support unit and support was established with SolidWorks software, and then the finite element simulation analysis of the self-moving temporary support was carried out with SolidWorks plug-in Simulation, based on the simulation results, the structural optimization design of the stress concentration hinge part of the selfmoving temporary support was carried out. After optimization, the maximum equivalent stress at the hinge part and the maximum displacement of the support top beam under the same load of the self moving temporary support were reduced by about one third.
