摘　　要：职业教育与高等教育本为同源,第四次工业革命催生新工科教育,教育的类型特征已高于教育的层次特征,教育升级不仅仅体现在教育层次的高移,更体现在各类教育的边界趋于模糊、职业教育成为话语主体、高等教育主动融入职业教育的优质基因。学术型人才培养与应用型人才培养有各自的方法与路径,而能力本位和分型培养是应用型人才培养的内在依据。业界已经摸索并践行职业教育与高等教育的融合,行业、企业参与的应用型人才培养提供了诸多成功范例,诸如面向行业的"嵌入式"和面向企业的"订单式"等等。要在企业人力需求的"功利性"和学校人才培养的"公益性"之间找到平衡点,以达成产教融合目标。Vocational education and higher education are of the same origin.The fourth industrial revolution has given birth to new engineering education.The type characteristics of education are higher than the level characteristics of education.The upgrading of education is not only reflected in the higher level of education,but also in the blurring of the boundaries of various kinds of education,for example,vocational education is becoming the main body of discourse,and the high-quality gene of higher education is actively integrating into vocational education.Academic talent training and application-oriented talent training have their own methods and paths,and competency based and classification training are the internal basis of application-oriented talent training.The industry has explored and practiced the integration of vocational education and higher education.The industry and enterprise participation in applied talents training provides many successful examples,such as industry-oriented"embedded"and enterprise oriented"order type"and so on.It is necessary to find a balance between the"utility"of enterprise human demand and the"public welfare"of school talent training,so as to achieve the goal of integration of production and education.
