摘 要:目的探究健康中国背景下叙事教育在护理人际沟通临床教学中的应用效果。方法选择2019年1月至2020年1月在我院任职的护士共300名,采用数字随机法将其分为对照组(150名)和观察组(150名)。对照组采用传统教学方法教育方案,观察组采用叙事教育方案。比较两组的教学效果。结果观察组的理论和实践能力得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护士的学习优良率为96.00%,高于对照组的84.67%(P<0.05)。结论在健康中国背景下,叙事教育应用在护士的人际沟通临床教学中可以提升教学效果,增强护士的知识掌握能力,值得在医学教学中推广。Objective To explore the application effect of narrative education in clinical teaching of nursing interpersonal communication under the background of healthy China.Methods A total of 300 nurses working in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and divided into control group(150 nurses)and observation group(150 nurses)by digital random method.The control group was given traditional teaching method education program,while the observation group was given narrative education program.The teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of theory and practice ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of learning of the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 84.67% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Under the background of healthy China,the narrative education applied in clinical teaching of nurses'interpersonal communication can improve the teaching effect and enhance nurses'knowledge mastery ability,which is worthy of promotion in medical teaching.
