对高等中医药院校教师之知识产权保护意识的调研

摘　　要：本调研显示,高等中医药院校教师的中医药知识产权保护意识良好,但仍需进一步加强;有关中医药保护的情感意识强烈、维权意识强,但行为却与之脱节;其主观感知的校园知识产权建设情况较差。故建议,高校完善教育体系,设立针对教师的知识产权教育课程,加强校园文化和知识产权管理机构建设;政府则做好中医药知识产权的立法普法工作。This survey shows that teachers in TCM colleges and universities have a good awareness of TCM in⁃tellectual property protection,but it still needs to be further strengthened;the emotional awareness about TCM pro⁃tection and right protection awareness are strong,but the behaviors are out of line with them;and their subjective per⁃ception of campus intellectual property construction is poor.Therefore,it is suggested that colleges and universities improve the education system,set up intellectual property education courses for teachers,strengthen the construction of campus culture and intellectual property management institutions,and the government do the job of legislating and popularizing TCM intellectual property rights well.
