摘 要:目的研究多元智能理论对于妇产科临床实习教学的作用与效果。方法选出该校2017级、2018级中共92名学生,把传统方法进行临床实习带教的45名作为A组,把多元智能理论下进行临床实习带教的47名作为B组,观察比较其结果。结果在教学后,B组学生书面考试成绩(90.82±1.26)分、操作考试成绩(89.35±1.44)分、医疗文书书写成绩(88.66±1.72)分、平时成绩(89.72±0.95)分优于A组学生书面考试成绩(82.26±1.26)分、操作考试成绩(81.46±1.74)分、医疗文书书写成绩(82.66±1.16)分、平时成绩(83.44±0.52)分,差异有统计学意义(t=32.574、23.737、19.530、39.086,P<0.05)。结论对于妇产科临床实习教学,多元智能理论下进行临床实习带教效果颇为显著,建议临床推崇使用。Objective To study the effect and effect of multiple intelligence theory on clinical practice teaching in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods A total of 92 students from the school in the 2017 and 2018 levels were selected,45 who were taught in traditional clinical practice as group A,and 47 who were taught in clinical practice under the theory of multiple intelligences were regarded as group B.Observe and compare the results.Results After teaching,the scores of written test(90.82±1.26)points,operation test(89.35±1.44)points,medical writing score(88.66±1.72)points,and usual score(89.72±0.95)points in group B were better than those in group A of written test scores(82.26±1.26)points,operational test scores(81.46±1.74)points,medical document writing scores(82.66±1.16)points,and usual scores(83.44±0.52)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=32.574,23.737,19.530,39.086,P<0.05).Conclusion For clinical practice teaching in obstetrics and gynecology,the effect of teaching clinical practice under the theory of multiple intelligences is quite significant,and it is recommended to be used in clinical practice.
