微信群互动法在呼吸内科护理带教中的应用效果研究

摘  要:目的护理时促进患者康复的主要方法,一般为治疗的同时配合护理,有利于患者的快速康复,对护理实习生进行有效地带教,可以保证其护理专业水平,提高护理质量。但是传统的教学方法是填鸭式教学,无法达到满意的教学质量和成绩。该研究探讨在呼吸内科护理带教中使用微信群互动法的应用效果。方法选择2018年1月—2019年12月166名呼吸内科护理实习生,数字方法进行随机抽取,各抽取83名设为对照组和研究组,用微信群互动法为研究组,用常规教学法的为对照组,对实习生的教学成绩、对教学的满意度、以及护理质量的进行分析。结果研究组教学成绩优良率97.59%比对照组高很多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),教学满意度96.39%也比对照组要高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),专业技能(84.32±6.14)分、操作技能(85.43±5.92)分、服务态度(84.07±4.35)分、沟通能力(84.93±5.167)分比对照组要高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在呼吸内科护理带教中使用微信群互动法,可以提高教学成绩,提高教学满意度,提高护理质量,在带教中具有较大的作用,因此可在呼吸内科护理带教中推广使用。Objective The main method to promote the recovery of patients during nursing is generally to cooperate with nursing during treatment,which is conducive to the rapid recovery of patients.Effective teaching for nursing interns can ensure their nursing professional level and improve nursing quality.However,the traditional teaching method is a cramming teaching method,which cannot achieve satisfactory teaching quality and results.This study explores the application effect of the WeChat group interaction method in the nursing teaching of respiratory medicine.Methods From January 2018 to December 2019,166 nursing interns in the Department of Respiratory Medicine were randomly selected by digital method.83 cases were selected as the control and study group,and the WeChat group interaction method was used in the research group,and conventional teaching method in the control group,to analyze the interns'teaching performance,satisfaction with teaching,and nursing quality.Results 97.59%of the study group's excellent teaching performance was much higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),96.39%of the teaching satisfaction was also higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),professional skills(84.32±6.14)points,operation skills(85.43±5.92)points,service attitude(84.07±4.35)points,communication ability(84.93±5.167)points were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of WeChat group interaction method in respiratory medicine nursing teaching can improve teaching performance,increase teaching satisfaction,and improve nursing quality.It has a greater role in teaching,so it can be popularized in respiratory medicine nursing teaching.
