摘　　要：高校青年教师是高校教师队伍的重要组成部分。在推进教育现代化的过程中不断加强青年教师队伍建设,是高等教育事业科学发展的必然要求;如何建立高素质年轻化教师队伍是办好中国特色高水平大学面临的重要任务。文章立足高校教师队伍的发展现状,分析了当前高校教师队伍存在的主要问题及其原因,并在此基础上,在破除体制与观念束缚、提升青年教师发展空间以及加强对青年教师人文关怀等方面详细探讨了促进高校青年教师队伍发展的对策。Young teachers are an important part of teaching staff in universities.Expanding ranks of young teachers is inevitable in the process of promoting education modernization.How to build teams of young teachers with high-quality is an important task for developing high-level universities with Chinese characteristics.This paper analyzes the main existing problems and corresponding causes based on the current situation on the development of young teachers in universities,and on this basis,the detailed discussion about countermeasures for young teachers are performed from the aspects of optimizing the evaluation system,improving the development space and strengthening the humanistic care.
