高职健美操教学中学生艺术表现力的影响因素及对策研究

摘　　要：健美操运动是一项具有较高艺术性的体育项目.因其在动作创编、音乐选择等方面正好切合了女大学生爱美追求美的天性,因此深受高职院校女生的喜爱.但是在实际教学过程中,受身体素质、健美操基础及艺术领悟能力等因素的影响,学生在动作艺术表现力方面还存在诸多问题.本文通过剖析造成这一现状的深层原因,进而提出提升学生艺术表现力的对策.Aerobics is a high artistic sport.Because of its action creation,music selection and other aspects just in line with the female college students'nature of beauty,it is deeply loved by female students in higher vocational colleges.But in the actual teaching process,affected by the physical quality,aerobics foundation and artistic understanding ability and other factors,students still have many problems in the artistic expression of action.This paper analyzes the deep causes of this situation,and then puts forward the countermeasures to improve students'artistic expression.
