摘　　要：在我国的高等教育中,高职教育是非常重要的组成部分,是为社会输送技术型人才的重要场地.在高职院校中,构建和谐的管理体系,能够在很大程度上加强高职学生的思想政治教育,提高人才培养的质量.为了创新管理,不断提升高职学生的思想政治教育,高职院校要从实际发展出发,理论结合实际情况,促进学生的综合发展.本文就加强高职学生思想政治教育展开讨论,研究出构建和谐的管理体系加强高职学生思想政治教育的实践对策,给高职教育者提供帮助.In China's higher education,higher vocational education is a very important part,is an important place to transport technical talents for the society.In higher vocational colleges,the construction of a harmonious management system can greatly strengthen the ideological and political education of higher vocational students and improve the quality of personnel training.In order to innovate management and constantly improve the ideological and political education of higher vocational students,higher vocational colleges should start from the actual development,combine theory with the actual situation,and promote the comprehensive development of students.This paper discusses how to strengthen the ideological and political education of higher vocational students,studies the practical countermeasures of building a harmonious management system and strengthening the ideological and political education of higher vocational students,so as to provide help for higher vocational educators.
