摘　　要：为解决当前快节奏的生活方式下衣物堆积如山、衣柜杂乱无章等问题。在分析机构传动原理的基础上,结合用户需求,设计了一款衣物整理收纳一体化装置。该装置包括衣物整理系统、衣物收纳系统、衣物搭配系统和衣物防护系统四部分。整理系统接收到衣物后由机械手夹持衣物,沿水平方向运动拉平衣物,传送装置沿Y轴方向送至折叠装置,折叠装置通过两个Y方向轴和一个X方向轴的绕轴180°旋转运动完成衣物整理;整理好的衣物通过传送装置沿X轴、Y轴、Z轴运动将衣物送至收纳区或旋转收纳区;装置整体运用ROBO Pro编程软件、蓝牙、PLC进行控制,实现衣物的整理、收纳、搭配、防护等工作。In order to solve the problems of wardrobe clutter and mountains of laundry in modern fast-paced life,an integrated device for clothing sorting and storage is designed by annalyzing mechanism drive principle with the combination of customers’demand.The device includes four parts,namely clothing sorting system,storage system,matching system and protection system.On receiving clothes,the sorting system holds clothes by robot and flattens the clothes along the horizontal direction.Then the transmission device sends the clothes to folding device along the Y-axis direction,which conducts clothes sorting through two Y-axis and one X-axis 180°rotating movement around the axis.The sorted clothes are sent to storage area or rotating storage area through transmission device along the X-axis,Y-axis,Z-axis movement.As a whole,this device uses ROBO Pro programming software,Bluetooth and PLC control to organize,store,match,and protect the clothes.
