摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)是毕业后医学教育的重要组成部分,对住培工作的严格管理是提升住培质量的核心要素。本文总结四川大学华西医院外科学系统筹管理外科类7个专业基地住院医师规范化培训工作的经验,阐述外科学系在外科类住院医师规范化培训管理过程中建立培训管理体系、完善管理制度建设、规范住院医师日常管理流程、开设住院医师系统课程的具体做法,分析外科学系统筹管理的优缺点,提出外科学系的统筹管理有利于整体提升外科类住院医师规范化培训的质量。Residency training is an important part of medical education after graduation, and the training process management is critical to quality control. This article was intended to summarize the experience gained by the Department of Surgery of West China Hospital of Sichuan University related to how to manage 7 subordinate bases as a whole. In particular, we explained how to establish the managerial system, enact effective regulations,standardize routine management process of training and how to exercise quality control. It is concluded that the integrated management of the department of surgery can contribute to the overall improvement of the quality of training of surgical residents.
