摘　　要：幼年性息肉综合征(Juvenile polyposis syndrome,JPS)是一类罕见的常染色体遗传性疾病,以多发的良性息肉为主要表现,好发于结直肠,可累及整个消化道。该病患者伴有较高的结直肠癌发生风险。本文报道了1例罕见的JPS合并Lynch综合征,同时伴有胃多发息肉的患者,现结合相关文献对其诊疗进行分析。Juvenile polyposis syndrome(JPS)is a rare autosomal dominate disease characterized by multiple benign growths.These growths occur in whole gastrointestinal tract,especially in the colon.Patients with JPS have a high risk of colorectal cancer.Here,we reported a rare case of JPS with Lynch syndrome.
