摘  要:通过单因素和响应面试验优化了八角香油提取工艺。当液料比22∶1(mL/g)、提取温度57℃、超声波功率380 W、超声波作用时间38 min时,八角香油提取率可达7.55%,且试验重现性好。气相色谱-质谱联用技术对八角香油中的茴香脑进行了鉴定和定量测定,茴香脑含量为73.344%。The extraction process of star anise oil was optimized through single factor and response surface experiments.When the liquid-to-material ratio was 22∶1(mL/g),the extraction temperature 57℃,the ultrasonic power 380 W,and the ultrasonic action time 38 min,the extraction rate of star anise oil could reach 7.55%,and the experiment reproducibility was good.Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry technology was used to identify and quantitatively determine the anethole in star anise oil,and the anethole content was 73.344%.
