摘  要:作为单向弯曲气动柔性关节重要弹性件和支撑件,弹性钢板属于薄壁件大变形、变载荷,常常出现塑性变形和疲劳断裂等问题,严重影响关节的使用寿命.为研究影响弹性钢板疲劳寿命的因素,采用有限元法分析弹性钢板使用时所受应力状态;通过疲劳试验,分析弹性钢板材料和表面质量对其使用寿命的影响.结果表明:弹性钢板加工产生的表面变质层和裂纹降低了抗疲劳性能,改善钢板表面质量和轧制纹路使用方向能够提升42.48%的使用寿命.As an important elastic part and support part of a unidirectional bending pneumatic flexible joint,the elastic steel plate is characterized by large deformation and variable load of thin-walled parts,and problems such as plastic deformation and fatigue fracture often occured,which seriously affect the service life of the joint.In order to study the factors affecting the fatigue life of the spring steel plate,the finite element method was used to analyze the stress state of the elastic steel plate.Using fatigue experiment method,the influence of elastic steel plate material and surface quality on its service life was analyzed.The experimental results showed that the surface metamorphic layer and cracks produced by the elastic steel plate processing reduce its fatigue resistance,improving the surface quality of the steel plate and the using direction of rolling texture can effectively increase its service life by 42.48%.
