“三全育人”背景下班级量化管理的机制探析

摘　　要：班级实际管理中,不同的管理者有不同的认识,标准难以统一。班级量化管理避免了传统的班级模糊管理弊端,使班级管理结果透明化、可量化,不同班级管理效果具有对比性。班级量化管理能够提升学生自主管理意识,管理过程贯穿学习生活始终、涉及学习生活各方面,真正实现教育教学全员参与、全过程监督、全方位覆盖,紧扣党中央、国务院对于高校思想政治教育坚持“三全育人”的要求。班级管理采用量化方式大大提高了学生管理的效果,提高学校育人的质量。Quantitative class management avoids the disadvantages of traditional fuzzy management of class,making the results of class management transparent,quantifiable and comparable.It involves all aspects of students’life and learning in school and can enhance students'awareness of self-management,which meets the requirement of the Party Central Committee and the state Council for“All-round Education”with all people participating,the whole process monitored and all aspects covered.Students management effects and talents training quality have been greatly improved.
