摘  要:集团化办学是当前基础教育办学的一种创新模式,也是促进教育公平的一项重要内容,基础教育集团化办学的逻辑体现在教育价值和学校发展两个层面。文章通过对其发展路径的梳理,分析了我国基础教育集团化办学从萌芽期的酝酿初创,到成长期的实践扩张,以至今后在稳定期的创优增质之间的规律。在此基础上,反思了集团化办学中"创新与守成""个性与共性"和"市场与公益"这3对辩证关系对我国基础教育集团化办学的影响。Running school by group in elementary education is an innovative model in Chinese elementary education system, and it is also an important part for promoting the balance of education. The logic of running school by group in elementary education is embodied in two parts of educational value and the development of school, what means the balanced development of education. The purpose of running school by group in elementary education is to further promote the education for balance, the integration of educational resources for optimization and the reorganization of school for promotion. The history of running school by group in elementary education has not been practiced for long in China, and the development path of running school by group in elementary education was combed in this article. The law of running school by group in elementary education was created, which is from the embryonic stage of brewing, start-up to the practical expansion of the growth stage and excellence in the stable period from now on. On this basis, the influence of three pairs of dialectical relationships for running school by group in elementary education was reflected,which were "innovation or fogyism" "individuality or universalism" "market or welfare".
