摘 要:长期以来,技术的教育应用被寄予厚望。然而,技术应用之于教育发展的实际促进作用有待科学验证。聚焦人工智能在高等教育中的应用,选取不同数据库的英文同行评审期刊中的实证研究文献进行分析,可获得人工智能在提升学生学习体验、提高学生学习效果和扩大教育机会、促进教育公平方面的实证研究证据。分析结果显示,虽然多数研究表明AI能提高学习效果,但整体研究质量有待提高,且未能保证研究成果的可复制性和可推广性;如何发挥AI潜能、扩大教育机会、促进教育公平,也尚未引起应有关注。The application of technology in education had been placed high hopes for a long time.However,the actual effects of the application of technology in promoting the development of education needed to be verified though scientific studies.Focusing on the application of artificial intelligence(AI)in higher education and selecting empirical research literature in English peer-reviewed journals from different databases for analysis,the empirical research evidence of AI in improving students’learning experience,enhancing students’learning outcomes and expanding education opportunity,promoting education equity,was obtained.The analysis results showed that although most studies claimed that AI could improve learning outcomes,the overall research quality needed to be improved.Meanwhile,the reproducibility and spreadability of research results cannot be guaranteed.In addition,how to develop the potential of AI,to expand educational opportunity,and to promote educational equity has not yet attracted due attention.The paper discussed the directions that were worthy of further research.
