摘  要:国内高校实验室安全管理存在脱离实际需求和把握时代内涵不够的现象。因此,高校应以实际需要为核心目标,可持续发展实验室安全管理内涵;从统筹健全管理组织体系、提前开展安全行为意识培养、结合教学和科研等方面入手,着力打造专业化高素质管理队伍,加大专项建设经费支持力度,引导媒体舆论正确传播实验室安全理念,通过凝聚教学改革创新活力,助推实验室安全管理发展由"追跑""跟跑"向"并跑""领跑"迈进,实现新时代高校实验室安全管理内涵式发展。The development of laboratory safety management in colleges and universities in China is divorced from the actual needs and the connotation of the era is not enough. Therefore, colleges and universities should take the actual essential needs as the core goal and develop the connotation of laboratory safety management sustainably. From the aspects of overall planning and improving the specialized organization system, carrying out behavior awareness training in advance, combining with teaching and scientific research strength, efforts are made to build a professional and high-quality management team, increase the funding support for special construction and development, and guide the media to correctly spread the concept of laboratory safety. By condensing the innovation vitality of teaching reform, the development of laboratory safety management is promoted from "Chasing" and "Following" to "Parallel running" and "Leading", so as to realize the connotative development of laboratory safety management in colleges and universities in the new era.
