摘  要:结合新工科的要求,以中国石油大学(华东)石油工业训练中心发展为例,阐述了学研产结合新的内涵,在论述工程训练中心学研产相结合意义的基础上,从自主建设研产基地、承担合作科研项目、联合建立产学研科技创新平台、联合建设科技成果转化基地、同企业合作建立校外基地等五个方面分析了工程训练中心学研产开展的主要模式,提出了工程训练中心学研产相结合的途径和方法,对当前推动工程训练中心的可持续发展具有一定的指导意义。Combined with the requirements of new engineering, and by taking the development of the petroleum industry training center of China University of Petroleum(East China) as an example, this paper expounds upon the new connotation of the learning-research-production combination. On the basis of discussing the significance of the learning-research-production combination in the engineering training center, the main modes of learning, research and production of the engineering training center are analyzed from the five aspects such as self-construction of the research and production base, undertaking of cooperative scientific research projects, joint establishment of scientific and technological innovation platform, joint construction of transformation base of scientific and technological achievements, and establishment of off-campus base with enterprises. The ways and methods of combining learning-research-production in the engineering training center is put forward, which has certain guiding significance for promoting the sustainable development of the center.
