摘 要:教师职业能力培养是衡量师范教育教学质量的量化标尺。随着师范院校向综合化方向发展,不少地方师范院校强调“专业性”而忽略“师范性”,师范生培养重学理轻技能,导致师范教育质量下降。本文在分析当前师范生教师职业能力培养现状的基础上,对接基础教育新要求,围绕师范生从教基本能力、教学专业能力和教育管理能力培养,提出通过明确“师范性”培养目标、优化教师教育类课程体系、强化职业能力训练、构建校内外师资共同体及创新职业能力评价机制等途径,切实提高师范生教师职业能力,以期实现从教“零适应”的目标。As a quantitative measure scale of teaching quality,the training of teachers’professional competence is of great significance in normal education.However,with comprehensive development,a number of local normal universities weigh more on“professionalism”and less on“pedagogical nature”,thereby leading to science over skill and eventually the quality degradation of normal education.This paper,in the premise of analyzing the current problems in professional competence training and meeting the new requirements of basic education,with the principle of improving the competence of teaching and educational management of pedagogical students,aims to optimize teachers’education curriculum system,strengthen professional competence training,construct a community of teachers on and off campus and innovate evaluation mechanism,in order to help pedagogical students realize the target of“zero adaptation”in teaching.
