分类分层教学在中医住院医师规范化培训中的应用

摘　　要：中医住院医师规范化培训是中医学生毕业后进入临床学习的重要组成部分,对中医学生真正投入医疗事业有着重要的意义。本文分析广西中医大学第一附属医院自2015年起实行的全国中医住院医师规范化培训工作所存在的问题,主要表现为基地承担的教学任务繁重、学生基础水平参差不齐、教学内容难统一、临床带教身兼多职导致的教学质量较低,这些问题不利于培养综合型的临床人才。为了提高培养符合社会所需、综合能力较高的临床医师的能力,笔者结合我院实际情况,提出了分类分层的教学方式,为我国中医住院医师规范化培训体系的建立提供参考。本文仅论述分类分层教学在中医住院医师规范化培训中的应用。Standardized training for residents in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is an important part of clinical study for students after graduation in TCM,which is of great significance for students in TCM to genuinely devote themselves to medical career.The problems existing in the standardized training for residents in TCM of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine since 2015 were analyzed in this paper,which were mainly manifested in the heavy teaching tasks undertaken by the institute,uneven basic level of students,difficult unification of teaching contents,and low teaching quality caused by the multi-role in clinical teaching.These problems are not conducive to the cultivation of comprehensive clinical talents.In order to improve the ability of training clinicians who meet the requirement of society and have higher comprehensive ability,the author puts forward the classified and hierarchical teaching according to the actual situation of our hospital,which provides a reference for the establishment of standardized training system for residents in TCM.Only the application of classified and hierarchical teaching in the standardized training of residents in TCM was discussed in this paper.
