摘　　要：设计了基于PLC和20 GM控制的三轴空气等离子自动切割机械手系统.机械手由FX3U-48MT型PLC为核心控制器,由FX2N-20 GM定位模块、驱动步进驱动器、触摸屏、空气等离子切割机组成.系统由PLC控制整机逻辑运行及Z轴的精确定位,20 GM模块控制X、Y轴的定位及插补运动,触摸屏完成参数设置和实时监控.整机结构简单、运行稳定、定位精度高,软件程序交互性强,具有很好的推广性.The design of automatic cutting manipulator system using three-axis air plasma based on PLC and 20GM control is introduced in this paper.The manipulator is composed of FX3U-48MT PLC as the core controller,FX2N-20GM positioning module,driving step driver,touch screen and air plasma cutting machine.PLC controls the logic operation of the whole machine and the accurate positioning of Z axis.The 20GM module controls the positioning and interpolation movement of X and Y axes.The parameter setting and real-time monitoring are performed on touch screen.The whole machine has the advantages of simple structure,stable operation,high positioning accuracy,strong interaction of software program and good popularization.
