硒叶黄素酯杞菊软胶囊的视力改善功效研究

摘　　要：目的:对硒叶黄素酯杞菊软胶囊的视力改善功效进行探究。方法:采用传统中药枸杞、菊花的提取物结合营养素亚硒酸钠、牛磺酸和新食品原料叶黄素酯组成复方制剂,进行缓解视疲劳功能性及安全性研究。结果:受试者服用硒叶黄素酯杞菊软胶囊60 d后,视疲劳症状均有显著改善,有效率都在84%以上,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);试食组试食前后比较及与对照组比较,症状平均积分显著下降(P<0.01),明视持久度差异有显著性(P<0.01),明视持久度提高0.14;受试物对视力和安全性指标无影响(P>0.05),各安全性指标检查结果均在正常范围内。结论:硒叶黄素酯杞菊软胶囊具有改善视疲劳功效,且具有食用安全性。Objective:to explore the effect of selenium lutein ester Qiju soft capsule on improving vision.Methods:The extract of medlar and Chrysanthemum combined with disodium Selenite,Taurine and Lutein Ester,a new food material,was used to study the function and safety of relieving Asthenopia.Results:60 days after taking se-xanthate Qiju soft capsule,the visual fatigue symptoms of the subjects were significantly improved,the effective rate was above 84%,compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);Compared with the control group before and after feeding,the average score of symptoms decreased significantly(P<0.01),the duration of visual acuity was significantly different(P<0.01),and the duration of visual acuity was improved by 0.14.The subjects had no effect on visual acuity and safety(P>0.05),the results of all the safety indexes were in the normal range.Conclusion:The Selenium Lutein Ester Qiju soft capsule has the effect of improving Asthenopia,and it is safe to eat.
