促进家长参与家校合作的国际经验及启示

摘　　要：有效的家校合作离不开家长参与,如何提升家长参与家校合作的积极性和有效性是我国教育中的重要问题。我国家长参与家校合作仍在起步阶段,面临积极性不高、方式单一和效果有待提升、不同家庭间差异较大等现实困境。鉴于家长参与家校合作的重要意义和我国目前面临的困境,该文基于国际经验,对我国如何促进家长参与家校合作提出了建议:构建和发展本土化家长参与的实践模式;根据不同家庭情况转变“以学校为中心”的工作思路;以及结合教师专业发展提升其引导家长参与的能力和动机。Parental involvement is of vital significance to family-school collaboration.How to enhance parental involvement in China is still in its infancy,with several practical difficulties:relatively low motivation,limited varieties of its forms and ineffective,and great discrepancy within different families.Based on international experiences,this study put forward several countermeasures and suggestions,involving constructing and developing national model and framework of parent involvement,based on conditions of different family to transfer the view of“school-centered”of related work,and considering the teachers’professional development to enhance parental involvement.
