摘　　要：Dear Editor,Royal college of surgeons(RCS)rat is an inherited retinal degeneration rat caused by mutation of Mertk in the retinal pigment epithelial(RPE)cells^([1]).In this dystrophic rat,the dysfunction of RPEs leads to the progressive death of photoreceptors,with rods initially affected.Many studies have attempt to transplant various stem cells.
