摘 要:抓住大学与中学合作育人的发展机遇,围绕新时代普通高中育人方式变革与新课程新教材实施的教师提升要求,探讨大学与中学合作视野下普通高中研究型教师特质的生长取向与成长平台,有利于未来普通高中推进创新人才的早期培育与研究型教师的专业成长。大学与中学合作视野下普通高中研究型教师特质的生长取向,应从重专业知识到重理论素养、重教学技能到重探究能力、重专业趋向到重专长培育、重教学反思到重价值唤醒。普通高中研究型教师特质的生长平台,应关注跨领域拓展、多视角领悟、全方位思维、大师式育人、新技术融合。With the opportunity of University-High School cooperation and the reform of the general high school educational mode in the new era as well as the requirement for teachers’promotion after the implementation of the new curriculum and textbooks,the investigation of the characteristic growth orientation and the platform of research-oriented general high school teachers from the perspective of University-High School cooperation could benefit the development of the early cultivation of innovative talents and the professional growth of the research-oriented teachers in the future general high schools.To better achieve such growth orientation,the emphasis should be switched from specialized knowledge to theory literacy,from basic skills to exploration ability,from the tendency for profession to cultivation for specialty,and from teaching reflection to value awakening.To better construct the characteristic growth platform for those teachers,focuses should be put on cross-field extension,multi-perspective comprehension,all-round thinking,master-oriented education and advanced-technology integration.
