产教融合背景下轨道交通类专业协同育人教学模式改革

摘　　要：随着经济社会和高等教育的发展,具有轨道交通类专业知识和操作技能的高素质应用型人才已成为社会的迫切需求。为确保轨道交通类专业人才的输出质量,近年来地方本科高校加强与当地企业开展校企合作、深化产教融合,加快高等教育内涵发展,已成为地方应用型本科院校教育改革的必经之路。以大连科技学院为例,从专业框架重构、校企协同育人教学模式改革等方面,探索轨道交通类专业的建设路径,以适应轨道交通产业的用人需要。With the high-speed development of economic society and higher education,with the rail transit kind professional knowledge and skills of high-quality practical talents has become the urgent needs of the society.To carry out school-enterprise cooperation,deepen the integration of industry and education,and accelerate the connotation development of higher education has become the only way for local universities to carry out application-oriented reform.Taking Dalian institute of science and technology as an example,this paper explores the construction path of rail transit specialty from the aspects of professional framework reconstruction and school-enterprise collaborative education and teaching mode reform,so as to meet the employment needs of rail transit industry.
