摘　　要：新教师入职培训是高校师资管理的重要阶段,新教师入职后要快速实现角色转变,胜任岗位需求,入职培训是其关键环节。针对当前高校入职培训存在的问题,从明确培训理念、认真规划培训目标、精心设置培训内容、改变培训形式、构建合理的培训评价体系等方面提出了相关建议及实施对策。The induction training of new teachers is an important stage of the management of teachers in colleges and universities.New teachers must quickly realize the role change after entering the job.The birthday position needs and induction training are the key links.Aiming at the current problems of college induction training,this article puts forward relevant suggestions and implementation countermeasures in terms of clarifying training concepts,rationally planning training content,improving training curriculum system,enriching training forms,and constructing a reasonable training evaluation system.
