论信息时代教师教学技术体系的范式变革

摘　　要：信息时代,教师教学技术体系将从“信息呈现”范式走向“信息处理”范式,实现“精准培养”的功能旨趣,构建以“组织技术”为中心的基础结构并凝结教师“教学生学”的价值共识。“信息呈现”范式的教师教学技术体系将形成摆脱教师个体依赖和时空限制的语言技术体系,铺设学生个性化学习路径的设计技术体系,促进学生自主学习有序进行的组织技术体系,监控教学过程和描述学习轨迹的教学评价技术体系。In the information era,teacher teaching technology system will move from the“information presentation”paradigm to the“information processing”paradigm,realizing the functional interest of“precise training”,building an infrastructure centered on“organization technology”,and consolidating the value consensus of“teaching students to learn”.The teacher teaching technology system of“information presentation”paradigm will form a language technology system to get rid of the teachers’individual dependence and time and space limitation,a design technology system to lay out students'personalized learning path,an organization technology system to promote students'independent learning in an orderly manner,and a teaching evaluation technology system to monitor the teaching process and describe the learning trajectory.
