摘　　要：中国高考评价体系是新时代高考命题、评价与改革的理论基础与实践指南。基于高考评价体系的高考英语命题以核心价值为引领,强调学科素养导向,以培养关键能力为重点,突出必备知识的基础作用。高考评价体系的推出将有力促进高考英语科内容改革的深化和命题质量的提升,高考各利益相关方应该从落实立德树人根本任务、评价体系的学科化应用、推动高考内容改革、核心素养考查、提高测试问题情境、引导教学和课程改革等方面进一步加强研究。The Gaokao Assessment Framework is the theoretical basis and practical guide for the development,evaluation,and reform of Gaokao in the new era.Based on the Gaokao Assessment Framework,the development of the National Matriculation English Test(NMET)is guided by the core value,emphasizes subject competency,focuses on the development of key abilities and highlights the basic functions of necessary knowledge.The launch of the Gaokao Assessment Framework will greatly promote the deepening of Gaokao content reform and the development of test quality.Therefore,Gaokao stakeholders could make further study on the implementation moral education,applying the Framework on subjects,promoting Gaokao content reform,testing core competency,improving test item situation,and guiding the further research of English teaching and curriculum reform.
