摘　　要：地方本科高校向应用型高校转型发展的重点在于培养适应地方产业结构发展要求的高素质应用型人才。为更好地提升人才培养的质量,应用型高校必须加强"双师型"教师队伍建设。通过对应用型本科高校建设"双师型"教师队伍的意义、现状进行分析,指出"双师型"教师队伍建设面临的障碍,从完善考核制度和加强校企合作两方面入手,双管齐下,制定应用型高校"双师型"教师的培养策略。The key point of transformation from local universities to application-oriented universities is to cultivate high-quality application-oriented talents that meet the development requirements of local industrial structure. In order to improve the quality of talent training, application-oriented universities must strengthen the construction of "double-qualified" teachers.Based on the analysis of the significance and current situation, the paper points out the obstacles in the construction process and puts forward the training strategies of "double-qualified" teachers from two aspects including improving the assessment system and strengthening university-enterprise cooperation.
