学科竞赛视域下高校创新人才培养模式研究

摘　　要：学科竞赛作为创新型人才培养的重要支撑,能够弥补当前创新型人才培养的短板。文章基于创新人才培养的迫切要求,提出包括学科竞赛培育体系和学科竞赛支持体系两大核心动力、学科竞赛与科创项目双轮驱动的“双核双驱动”创新人才培养模式,并结合实践数据指出该模式对创新型人才培养具有重要的促进作用。As an important support for the cultivation of innovative talents,subject competition can make up for the shortcomings of the current cultivation of innovative talents.Based on the urgent requirements of innovative talents training,this paper puts forward a"dual core and dual drive"innovative talents training mode,which includes two core driving forces of discipline competition training system and discipline competition support system,and two wheel drive of discipline competition and scientific innovation project.Combined with practical data,it points out that this mode has an important role in promoting the cultivation of innovative talents.
