摘  要:薄弱学校的产生有其社会背景和政策原因。改变薄弱学校面貌,促进薄弱学校差异化、跨越式发展,对实现人的现代化极具现实意义。分析薄弱学校产生的背景,根据调研材料从生源、经费、教师、教学、文化五个方面讨论了薄弱学校存在的问题。义务教育阶段薄弱学校发展是实现教育优质均衡的必然要求,是实现教育现代化、助推国家现代化的必然途径。新时代可从机制、投入、队伍、制度、文化五个方面探寻激发薄弱学校竞相发展的新路径。The emergence of weak schools has its social background and policy premise.Changing the status of weak schools and promoting differentiation and leap-forward development of weak schools are of great practical significance to the realization of human modernization.This paper analyzes the background of weak schools,and,according to the research materials,discusses the problems existing in weak schools from five aspects:source of students,funds,teachers,teaching and culture.The development of weak schools in the stage of compulsory education is the inevitable requirement of realizing the high quality and balance of education,and the inevitable way to realize the modernization of education and promote the modernization of the country.In the new era,we can explore a new way to stimulate the development of weak schools from five aspects including mechanism,investment,team,system and culture.
