摘　　要：全球素养是新时代大学生必备的核心素养之一。论文以OECD等组织提出的理论框架为基础,建构了包含知识、技能、态度和价值观四维度的大学生全球素养测评模型。在对调查问卷进行区分度、信度和效度检验的基础上,利用AMOS建模并评估测评模型的因子负荷量、内在质量和外在质量。模型运行结果显示,测评模型的CR值、AVE值及适配度检验完全通过,态度和价值观对全球素养整体的贡献度高于知识和技能的贡献度。利用测评模型评估大学生的全球素养水平发现,大学生全球素养整体水平尚可,但仍有较大提升空间。不同性别、专业学生在全球素养整体水平、知识和技能维度上存在显著差异,而在态度与价值观维度上没有明显差异;城市学生在全球素养整体及各维度上均优于农村学生;不同年级学生在知识与技能维度上也存在显著差异,而在态度与价值观维度上差异不明显。Global Competence is one of the core qualities necessary for college students in the era of globalization.The global competence assessment model for college students is based on the theoretical framework proposed by OECD and other international organization,and it includes four dimensions,namely knowledge,skills,attitudes and values.Based on the reliability and validity test of evaluation tool,AMOS is used to construct and evaluate the factor load,the internal and the external quality of the model.The model’s operationshows that the CR value,AVE value and fitness test of the model all have been up to standard.Attitudes and values contribute more to global competencein general than knowledge and skills do.The model measures the global competence level of college students,and identifies that the overall level of college students’ global competence is not low,but has large space for improvement.Students of different genders and majors show significant differences in the dimensions of knowledge and skills,butno significant differences in attitudes and values.Urban studentsoutperform rural students in all dimensions.Studentsin different grades also have significant differences in their performance of knowledge and skills,butno obvious differences in that ofattitudes and values.
