摘 要:劳动教育是高职院校立德树人根本任务的重要内容之一,高职院校拥有实施劳动教育的天然条件和功能优势,但在教育实践中,由于对劳动教育认识的偏差,劳动教育存在地位边缘化倾向、学生劳动价值观念不强、劳动教育效果不明显等问题。高职院校要始终坚持育人导向,遵循将劳动教育与专业教育结合、与德育工作结合、与创新创业教育结合、与社会实践结合的原则,通过建立协同教育机制、完善多层级考核评价机制、重构劳动教育课程体系、打造劳动育人实践项目、深化校内外实习实训基地劳动锻炼、优化学校劳动教育文化氛围,充分发挥劳动教育在培养全面发展的新时代高素质技术技能人才中的作用。Labor education is one of the important contents of the fundamental task of moral education in vocational colleges which have natural conditions and functional advantages to implement labor education.But in the education practice,because of the deviation of the understanding,there are some problems such as the marginalization of labor education,the weak labor values and the unobvious effect.Vocational colleges should always adhere to the principle of combining labor education with professional education,moral education,innovative education and social practice education.Labor education should give full play to the role of cultivating high-quality skilled personnel in the new era by establishing collaborative education mechanisms,improving the multi-level assessment and evaluation mechanism,reconstructing the curriculum system of labor education,building labor education practice project,deepening the training base in and out of school and optimizing the atmosphere of labor education.
