摘　　要：1952年中国人民大学专修科档案班的成立,标志着中国档案高等教育事业的诞生。20世纪50年代上半期,中国档案高等教育伴随着对苏联经验的引进、对初创时期的规划设想而逐步发展。随后的十余年,特殊的历史文化背景、档案高等教育先驱们固有的革命传统以及档案学自身的性质与功能等诸多因素的共同作用促成了中国档案高等教育的应变,在秉承档案学实践性的同时,强化了其作为一门独立学科的学理性,促进了学科自觉的发生,完成了从职业教育向专业教育的转变,并逐渐从"苏联蓝本"中过渡到"本土化"的教学体系。中国档案高等教育的肇始与应变所体现出的档案学科的"独立性""专业性"与"本土化"定位,依然深刻影响着当代档案高等教育及档案学的发展。The foundation of special training archival class in Renmin University of China in 1952 marked the birth of archival higher education in China.In the early 1950s,archival higher education developed gradually with the introduction of Soviet experience and the planning assumptions in the formation period.In the following ten years,archival higher education in China adapted in response to the distinct historical background,archivists’ revolutionary spirit,and the nature and function of archival science itself.While adhering to the practicality of archival science,it strengthened its academic rationality as an independent discipline,promoted the occurrence of discipline consciousness,completed the transformation from vocational education to professional education,and gradually transferred from "Soviet template" to "localized" teaching system.The orientation of "independence","specialization" and "localization" of archival discipline during 1950s and 1960s still profoundly influences and enlightens the development of modern archival higher education and archival science.
