摘 要:跨职能团队是指在正式组织内部,由来自不同职能部门的成员构成,完成组织特殊性或临时性项目的一种混合式敏捷型组织。跨职能团队中有越来越多的专业技术人员需要承担管理工作,如何把习惯于从事专业性工作的员工转变为具备团队领导力的优秀管理者已成为组织人力资源配置层面的巨大挑战。本文分析了这一新形势下组织在跨职能团队中培养和增强员工领导力的必要性及重要意义,从三个层面提出跨职能团队中员工领导力的培养与构建路径:一是在跨职能团队中塑造和提升领导价值观;二是激励员工在跨职能团队中发现领导机会并付诸实施;三是借助OKR工具帮助团队实现目标聚焦,提升跨职能团队员工的自驱力和领导力。A cross-functional team refers to a formal organization composed of members from different functional departments to complete organization-specific or temporary projects.This is a hybrid agile organization.There are more and more professional and technical personnel in cross-functional teams who need to undertake management work.How to transform employees who are accustomed to professional work into excellent managers with team leadership has become a huge challenge at the level of organizational human resource allocation.This paper analyzes the necessity and significance of the organization's training and enhancement of employee leadership in cross-functional teams under this new situation,and proposes the cultivation and construction path of employee leadership in cross-functional teams from three levels.The first is to shape and enhance leadership values in cross-functional teams.The second is to motivate employees to discover and implement leadership opportunities in cross-functional teams.The third is to use OKR tools to help the team achieve its goal focus and improve the self-drive and leadership of cross-functional team employees.
