北京市市售进口婴幼儿谷类辅助食品中15种元素监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的对北京市市售进口婴幼儿谷类辅助食品中15种元素进行监测评估,掌握该类食品的安全现状,为消费者提供参考依据。方法按照GB 5009.268—2016食品安全国家标准食品中多元素的测定方法,采用压力罐湿法消解,电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定,并对检测结果进行分析评价。结果共监测样品33份,除1件美国产有机燕麦米粉镍含量异常外,其余样品铅、镉、镍、镉、总砷、总汞均在现有国家标准限量标准限量值范围内。矿物质铜、锰、硒合格率分别为90.9%、24.2%、33.3%。其他6种元素限量因国家标准未做详细规定,无法判断。但可为该类食品今后制定营养素或污染物限量标准提供重要参考依据。结论虽然监测的部分样品存在一定的重金属检出率,但含量相对较低。而铜、锰、硒3种营养素实际测定含量与国家标准规定的指标范围有一定偏差。本市进口婴幼儿谷类辅助食品的质量尚有一定的保障。Objective A total of 15 kinds of elements in cereal foods for infants and young children sold in Beijing were monitored and evaluated to master the safety status of this kind of food and to provide reference for consumers.Methods According to GB 5009.268—2016 national food safety standard for the determination of multi elements in food,the pressure tank wet digestion and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry were used for determination.Then the test results were analyzed and evaluated.Results A total of 33 samples were monitored,except for one organic oatmeal produced in the United States with abnormal nickel content.Lead,cadmium,nickel,cadmium,total arsenic and total mercury of other samples should be in accordance with the existing national standard.All of them were within the limits.The qualified rates of copper,manganese and selenium were 90.9%,24.2%and 33.3%,respectively.The limit of the other six elements wouldn’t be judged because the national standard hasn’t stipulate in detail.However,it can provide an important reference for the formulation of nutrient or pollutant limit standards for this kind of food in the future.Conclusion Although some of the monitored samples had a certain detection rate of heavy metals,the content is relatively low.The actual measured contents of the three nutrients copper,manganese and selenium had a certain deviation from the range of indicators stipulated by the national standard.The quality of imported cereal supplements for infants and young children in Beijing is still guaranteed.
