摘 要:石油类是海洋环境的主要污染物之一,为了研究0^(#)柴油对海洋鱼类早期生活阶段的毒性效应,以大黄鱼(Larimichthys crocea)为研究对象,开展了0^(#)柴油水溶性成分对其早期生活阶段(鱼卵、初孵仔鱼、10 d仔鱼以及幼鱼)的毒性效应实验。结果表明:0^(#)柴油水溶性成分与大黄鱼鱼卵孵化率具有显著负相关关系,高浓度0^(#)柴油水溶性成分致畸率较高,低浓度0^(#)柴油水溶性成分致畸率较低。0^(#)柴油水溶性成分对大黄鱼初孵仔鱼(3 d)、仔鱼(10 d)、幼鱼的96 h的半致死浓度(96 h LC_(50))分别为1.00、1.07、2.02 mg·L^(-1),表明随着大黄鱼的生长发育,其能够提升对柴油水溶性成分毒性的耐受程度。Toxicity experiments were carried out on the early life stage of Larimichthys crocea(fish eggs,newly hatched larvae,10 days larvae and juveniles)with No.0 diesel fuel.Results showed that there was a significant negative correlation between the water accommodated fractions of No.0 diesel fuel and the hatching rate of Larimichthys crocea fish eggs.The high-concentration No.0 diesel fuel water accommodated fractions had higher teratogenic rate,and the low concentration 0^(#)diesel water accommodated fractions caused low rate of abnormality.The semi-lethal concentration(96 h LC_(50))of No.0 diesel fuel water accommodated fractions on 96 h of juvenile fish(3 d),larvae(10 d)and young Larimichthys crocea was 1.00,1.07,2.02 mg·L^(-1),respectively.It showed that with the development of Larimichthys crocea,it could improve the tolerance level to diesel.
