摘 要:目的探讨参与式教学在创伤骨科本科护生临床带教中的效果。方法选取2018年7月—2020年5月在创伤骨科临床实习的本科护生192名,分为传统组和创新组,每组各96名学生,两组学生在背景资料及教学目标方面无差异,创新组采用护生参与式临床教学模式,传统组则采用"一对一"的传统教学方式。比较两组学生的临床护理教学质量,分别在理论知识、专科操作、临床思维能力、综合素质、教学满意度等维度进行评定考核。结果创新组在各项维度的评价明显高于传统组,差异有统计学意义,特别是临床思维能力、综合素质2个维度得分更高,P<0.05。结论参与式教学模式能充分激发学生课堂思考问题的潜能和积极性,学生学习兴趣更浓,更愿意与患者沟通,归属感更强,对教学的满意度也显著提高。Objective To explore the effect of participatory teaching in clinical teaching of undergraduate nursing students in orthopaedics of trauma.Methods A total of 192 undergraduate nursing students who practiced clinical practice in orthopaedic trauma department from July 2018 to May 2020 were divided into two groups:traditional group(n=96)and innovation group(n=96).There was no difference in background materials and teaching objectives between the two groups.Nursing students in the innovation group adopted the participatory clinical teaching model,while the traditional group adopted the"one-to-one"traditional teaching method.The clinical nursing teaching quality of the two groups was compared and evaluated in the dimensions of theoretical knowledge,specialist operation,clinical thinking ability,comprehensive quality,teaching satisfaction and so on.Results The results showed that the evaluation of each dimension in the innovation group was significantly higher than that in the traditional group,and there were significant differences in statistics,especially in the two dimensions of clinical thinking ability and comprehensive quality,P<0.05.Conclusion The participatory teaching model can fully stimulate students’potential and enthusiasm for thinking in class,students have a stronger and more active interest in learning,and they are more willing to communicate with patients and have a stronger sense of belonging,and the satisfaction with teaching is also improved.
