摘　　要：实习作为医学院校学生的关键教育组成部分,其在农村医学专业学生能否顺利适应临床工作意义重大,优异的毕业实习成果可以让学生受益终身。目前受到学生自身、带教老师、实习医院以及社会条件的影响,导致农村医学相关专业的毕业生的实习效果欠佳。我们根据农村医学专业特点制定相对应的实习计划,通过教学模式的改革与创新,并培养学生人文素质,调整学生心态、转变观念,达到培养出临床实践能力强、医学理论知识扎实、具有高水平的医学人文素养的医学人才,使农村医学相关专业毕业生可以较好地从事乡村医疗工作,可以独自处理耳鼻咽喉科常见疾病,为闽东地区农村卫生保健、康复及健康教育工作做出贡献。As a critical component of the educational program for medical students,practice is essential for rural medical students to adapt to clinical work,and a favorable graduation practice performance could benefit the student for the life time.Currently with the limitations including the student’s capability,the clinical teachers,the practicing hospital and the social conditions,rural graduates of medical majors would typically achieve unsatisfactory practice effect.Based on the characteristics of rural medical students,we developed a targeted practice program,which aims to nurture medical talents with strong clinical practical ability,solid medical knowledge base,and high medical ethics attainment by the means including reforming and innovating the teaching model,improving the student’s humanistic quality,and shifting their mindset and perception,so that the rural graduates of medical majors could be better prepared for providing medical services for the rural areas and treating the common otolaryngological disorders independently,in contribution to rural health care,rehabilitation and health education in east Fujian.
