农村幼儿教师职业培训的困境与对策

摘　　要：农村幼儿教师职业培训是其专业发展的重要方式,对农村248位幼儿教师调研数据进行分析显示,当前培训存在着教师参训态度不明确且参训目的一元性、培训课程内容结构单一且缺少针对性、专业知识覆盖面少、专业技能培训不深入、培训的管理措施和制度不健全、参训的方式线性化、参训师资力量实践性不高、参训时间的控制结构化等问题。通过提出端正农村幼儿教师参加职业培训的态度且明确其培训目的、完善培训的课程内容及增强内容的针对性、丰富培训的专业知识技能及增强管理的科学性、拓展培训的形式、扩充培训师资及优化培训时间等对策,以促进农村幼儿教师综合素养的提升,更好推动乡村振兴战略的实施。Post-service training is an important way for preschool teachers in rural areas to promote their professional development.A survey of 248 preschool teachers in rural areas shows that there exist some problems in their current post-service training,such as unclear attitudes towards training,the unitary purpose,undiversified training content and lack of relevance,incomprehensive professional knowledge,simple professional skills,loose teaching management measures and system,linear way of training,trainers’poor practical ability and over control of training time.To improve the rural preschool teachers’comprehensive competencies and better promote the implementation of rural revitalization strategy,it is necessary to correct the teachers’attitudes towards post-service training,define the training purpose,perfect the training course and enhance the content relevance,enrich the professional knowledge and skills,realize the scientific management,diversify the way of training,expand the team of trainers and optimize the training time.
