摘　　要：高职教育教学改革是职业教育工作者研究的永恒主题,对于高校入学不同时期、不同层次的生源结合社会发展的时代需求培养合格的职业工作者。随着产业发展与职业院校人才供给关系的不断变化,校企合作、产教融合人才培养的创新研究带动了职业院校人才培养的新方向,能更加深入的贴合企业实际需求在人才培养过程中实现校企联动,提升高职院校服务社会经济发展质量,提升高职院校自身的内涵。Higher vocational education and teaching reform is the eternal theme of the research of vocational educators.It is necessary to train qualified professional workers for different periods and different levels of students in colleges and universities to meet the needs of the times of social development.With the development of industry and talents in vocational colleges,the continuous changes in the supply relationship,the school-enterprise cooperation,and the innovative research of talent training for the integration of production and education have driven the new direction of talent training in vocational colleges,which can more deeply meet the actual needs of enterprises and realize the school-enterprise linkage in the talent training process,and improve Vocational colleges serve the quality of social and economic development and enhance the connotation of higher vocational colleges.
