摘  要:作为中国传统政治哲学与社会哲学的重要形态,老庄道家集中阐释的治理之道,既是一种治道也是一种政道,充分彰显了自适自化、自在自为和无为无不为的特质。老庄道家治道思想彰显的治理对象既有物,也有事,还有人(民),并围绕治理对象深刻地阐述了三大治道思想:一是无为而治、顺应民性、重视民生和凸显民化的治民之道;二是非儒家仁智治国、小国寡民、以道治国的治国之道;三是柔治天下、在宥天下和道治天下的天下治理之道。这三大治道思想既相对独立、特色各异,又彼此交叉、相互融通,不失为宝贵的中国传统政治智慧,对于改善当代中国治理和全球治理当不无启迪。Laozi and Zhuangzi’Daoism is an important form of Chinese traditional political philosophy and social philosophy.Laozi and Zhuangzi’Daoists focused on explaining their own way of governance.It is not only a kind of governance thought,but also a kind of political thought.It fully demonstrates the characteristics of self-adaptation,self-action and inaction.The governance objects of Laozi and Zhuangzi’s Daoism are objects,things and people.Around the object of governance,it profoundly expounds three thoughts of governance.The first is the way of governing the people by doing nothing,conforming to the people’s nature,attaching importance to people’s livelihood,and highlighting the people’s way of governance.The second is a non-Confucian way of governing the country with benevolence and wisdom,a small country with few people,and a country governed by Dao.The third is the way to govern the world softly,tolerantly and Dao governs the world.These three governance thoughts are relatively independent,have different characteristics,but also cross each other and integrate with each other.They are valuable traditional Chinese political wisdom.These three governance ideas are the enlightenment for improving contemporary Chinese governance and global governance.
