摘 要:目的探讨医学生本科教育中《急诊医学》的课程思政以及使用自主教学模式过程中的理论依据、讲授方法和考核评价。方法选择2015级和2016级天津医科大学第二临床医学院临床医学五年制和5+3学制的学生共计178人,第一次测验前大课采用传统理论授课,第二次测验前大课采用融入课程思政的自主教学模式,测验均采取开放式主观案例分析题的形式计分后统计,并抽取部分学生进行问卷调查。使用SPSS 19.0统计学软件对数据进行统计学分析,组内比较使用独立样本的t检验。结果2015级和2016级学生两次小测验成绩分别进行比较,得出结果为两个年级的学生的第二次测验结果优于第一次测验结果(P<0.05),说明课程思政融入的自主教学模式有助于学生提高学习兴趣、掌握理论知识和提高医学人文精神。对两次小测验中两个年级的学生进行分组比较,得出第二次小测验的2016级成绩优于2015级,说明经过教学方法、教学模式和理念的改革,以及评价对课程设计的正反馈作用,教师教学和学生的学习均有提高。结论《急诊医学》课程的专业特点具备充足的课程思政契合点,更能将思政元素基因式融入课程之中。自主教学模式在高年级医学生中可以充分发挥调动学生积极性和能动性,并提升综合素养能力的作用,实现长期育人的目的。Objective To explore the ideological and political course of emergency medicine and the theoretical basis,teaching methods and evaluation in the process of using independent teaching mode.Methods A total of 178 students of grade 2015 and grade 2016 from the Second Clinical Medical College of Tianjin Medical Universitywere selected. The traditional theory was used in the firstclass before the test, and the independent teaching modewas used in the second class before the test. The opensubjective case analysis questions were used in the test, andsome students were selected for questionnaire Investigation.SPSS 19.0 software was used to analyze the data, and thet-test of independent samples was used for intra groupcomparison. Results The results of the two tests of 2015and 2016 students were compared, and the results showedthat the results of the second test of the two grades werebetter than that of the first test (P < 0.05), indicating thatthe self-directed teaching mode of Ideological and politicalintegration of the course can help students improve theirinterest in learning, master theoretical knowledge andimprove medical humanistic spirit. By comparing twogrades of students in the two quizzes, the results of grade2016 in the second quiz are better than those in grade2015. It shows that after the reform of teaching methods,teaching mode and concept, and the positive feedbackeffect of evaluation on curriculum design, teachers'teaching and students' learning practice have beenimproved. Conclusion The professional characteristics of"emergency medicine" course have sufficient ideologicaland political points, and can integrate the gene type ofIdeological and political elements into the curriculum.The independent teaching mode can give full play to theenthusiasm and initiative of the students, and improvethe comprehensive quality of medical students, so as toachieve the goal of long-term education.
