摘 要:为获取重载铁路小半径曲线地段钢轨波磨演化特征,使用连续性粗糙度测量设备,对神朔重载铁路钢轨波磨地段进行了不间断连续静态跟踪测试,分析了小半径曲线内轨波磨的波长、波深特征,获取了钢轨波磨演化过程曲线。测试结果表明:所测区段波磨波长为160~200 mm,对应频率为69.4~86.8 Hz,与有砟轨道线路P2共振作用频率相似;重载小半径曲线地段钢轨波磨发展存在明显的阶段性,可分为:初期波磨萌生期,中期快速发展期和末期稳定期。其中,中期快速发展过程波深及粗糙度增长较快,所测区段粗糙度增长达0.47 dB/d,波磨峰峰值平均值增长速度为0.43μm/d;重载铁路波磨演化速度较快,波磨演化过程中阶段特征较为明显,且演化过程中伴随特征波长变化、疲劳伤损恶化等情况,为准确获取波磨的演变特征,应保证测试间隔。In order to obtain the evolution characteristics of rail corrugation,field tests are carried out on the rail corrugation section of the small radius curve of heavy haul railway so as to analyze the characteristics of wavelength and depth of rail corrugation and obtain the evolution curve of corrugation.The amplitude of corrugation is 160~200 mm,and the corresponding frequency is 69.4~86.8 Hz,which is similar to the resonance frequency of P2 of ballast track.The rail corrugation of small radius curve developments in distinct stages.In the middle stage of rapid development,the corrugation depth and the rail roughness grow rapidly,the roughness of the characteristic wavelength is increased by 0.47 dB/d and the average of pear-to-peak values is increased by 0.43μm/d.The evolution of corrugation in heavy haul railway is fast,and the stage characteristics are obvious.In addition,the wavelength changes and the deterioration of fatigue damage are also accompanied in the evolution process.In order to obtain the characteristics of the evolution process of corrugation,regular test interval should be ensured.
