摘 要:为研究梯形轨枕尺寸对车辆和轨道系统动力学响应的影响,运用ANSYS有限元软件建立梯形轨枕轨道结构的有限元模型,对不同厚度和长度的梯形轨枕进行模态分析;应用车辆-轨道耦合动力学理论建立车辆-梯形轨枕轨道耦合动力学模型,计算车辆通过不同厚度和长度梯形轨枕时车辆-轨道系统的动力学响应。研究结果表明:厚度对前3阶频率影响较小,第6阶模态以上的频率随梯形轨枕厚度的增加而增大;增加轨枕长度可以有效降低轨枕的固有频率,对降低高阶频率的效果更好;厚度和长度对梯形轨枕的振型有较大影响。增大梯形轨枕的厚度有利于减小钢轨和轨枕的垂向位移,提高轨枕的减振性能;梯形轨枕长度的增大,会使钢轨和轨枕垂向位移增大,对轨枕横向振动影响较明显。梯形轨枕轨道结构设计时应结合实际工程情况合理选取梯形轨枕的尺寸。In order to study the effect of the ladder sleeper size on the dynamic response of the vehicle and track system,this paper uses ANSYS finite element software to establish a finite element model of the ladder sleeper track structure,and performs modal analysis on the ladder sleepers of different thicknesses and lengths.The vehicle-track coupling dynamics theory is used to establish the vehicle-ladder sleeper track coupling dynamic model,and the dynamic responses of the vehicle running through ladder sleeper tracks of different thickness and length are analyzed.The research results show that the thickness has little effect on the first 3rd order frequency,and the frequency above the 6th order mode increases with the increase of the thickness of the ladder sleeper.Increasing the length of the sleeper can effectively reduce the natural frequency of the sleeper,and it can reduce the higher order frequency more effectively.Thickness and length have a great influence on the vibration shape of ladder sleepers.Increasing the thickness of the ladder sleepers is helpful to reduce the vertical displacement of the rails and sleepers and improve the vibration damping performance of the sleepers.The increase of the length of the ladder sleepers will increase the vertical displacement of the rails and sleepers,which has a significant effect on the lateral vibration of the sleepers.Ladder sleeper track structure design should be based on the actual engineering conditions to select the size of the ladder sleeper.
